These Terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of clothing and accessories offered by Maison SIINI.

The products available for sale are those listed on the Website at the time of the Customer’s visit. Maison SIINI strives to display essential characteristics of the products (such as colors, sizes, and materials). Slight variations may occur depending on screen settings.

Prices are shown in euros and include all applicable taxes (VAT). Maison SIINI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders
Placing an order on the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
After an order is placed, the Customer will receive an order confirmation email.
Maison SIINI reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of an existing dispute or full/partial non-payment of a previous order.

5. Payment
Payment is required immediately at the time of order. It can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, or any other method available on the Website.
All payments are processed securely via a compliant payment gateway.

6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination. Maison SIINI cannot be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure or shipping carriers.
Shipping fees are displayed before the final order confirmation.

7. Return / Refunds / Trade
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
This return policy only applies to items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Returned items must include their original packaging.
Tags must still be attached to the product.
Returns must be accompanied by the order slip or proof of purchase.
7-1. Document of Return shipping is on package.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.We are not responsible for lost return parcels.
To request a return, please contact us through our contact form or by email.
No return will be accepted without prior approval from our team.
Once your return has been approved, you will receive detailed instructions via email.
You may also request an exchange if you’d like a different size or item.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is no longer in stock, a refund will be offered.
Return processing may take up to 7 business days after the item is received.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please allow time for the refund to appear on your account.
No refund will be issued if the returned item does not meet our conditions.
Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
7-2. Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
Gift cards are non-refundable. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Be sure to include a photo of the product and a description of the issue.
After review, we will offer an exchange or refund.
If the product is found to be compliant, it cannot be refunded.
7-3. You are responsible for properly packaging returned items.
Items damaged during the return process will not be refunded.
7-4. A partial return will result in a partial refund.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return requests made after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

8. Product Availability
If a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, the Customer will be notified by email and may choose either a replacement or a full refund.

All elements on the Website (texts, images, videos, logos, designs…) are the exclusive property of Maison SIINI. Any reproduction, use, or exploitation — even partial — is strictly prohibited without written permission.
10. Liability
Maison SIINI cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the purchased products.
In any case, Maison SIINI’s liability is limited to the total amount of the order.
11. Personal Data Protection
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Customer has the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data at any time.
12. Governing Law – Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, both parties will seek an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
